KPN is a leading telecommunications company in the Netherlands. In today’s competitive job market, finding the right people for KPN’s stores is a real challenge. With so many open positions, attracting attention isn’t easy. Especially if you are looking for younger audiences who are less inclined to read long job descriptions.
That’s why we turned the vacancy into a TikTok video. Featuring Tijn, known for it’s entertaining raps, he named all the USP’s of working for KPN in under 2 minutes.
The result? Over 2 million views and more than 500 new job applications.

We asked Tijn to write a rap about what it’s like to work for KPN. The main focus here is that he stays true to his tone of voice as a creator. He got full room creativity to write lyrics and make a beat.

The campaign is built on the principles of TikTok: sound first. To create more reach we created several TikToks. We showed young people, the target group recognizes itself in. Just so you can see: a green KPN shirt looks good on everyone!
