KPN

KPN is a leading telecommunications company in the Netherlands, and they were looking for new employees to fill in positions in retail. We were asked to reach a younger audience for this vacancy. Seeing the target group we focussed on TikTok. And understanding the platform, we involved a creator: Tijn.
Five times as many applicants came in in the first week of the video being online. The video with Tijn has gotten over 2M views, and the comments were loving and curious about KPN as an employer.

This is a project we did at A Bigger Circle. My tasks were concept creation and directing on set.
